1. We just organized a training again on the can's and can't the sales manager Henry sent us,especially emphasizing on the policy violation including image violation of products and wording violation on product and checked all the product that we have already listed.
2. We deleted all the products that we think that could potentially violate the policies.
3. We have setup rules in the company that all of our inventory must be carefully reviewed and would not violate any Amazon policies before adding to our inventory and listing on Amazon.
I would like to apologize for a third time for my carelessness in management ,and please do let us know what else can we do to reinstate our account and we will do everything we can to meet the target.

亚马逊卖家经验分享:如何撰写一封成功的申诉邮件?

常言道:人在河边走,哪有不湿鞋。”你是否也有遇到被人投诉在亚马逊平台上销售假货而手足无措呢?
2天200单!爆款产品终因供应链问题断货严重……
近日,亚马逊K卖家向CIFCOM跨境爆料称:2017年9月份开始跟卖了一款十分热销的玩具品类,起初仅是抱着试试看的心态,没想到的是短短两天时间就卖出了200单,根本停不下来!”这本该是件值得开心的事情,然而意外却接二连三的发生……
据该卖家介绍,2017年9月下旬,因为这款产品十分畅销,原先预定的那批货的数量远远不够,而因为自身供应链比较狭窄,根本找不到直接厂家生产,后来通过经销商渠道找到一家,却因国庆假期排期缘故,被安排在了10月中旬才能发货。
因为当时不到一星期的时间就售卖出了600单左右产品,由于缺货严重,不得不想出了先虚假发货,等货到了之后再逐一给买家补上的办法。”他如是说道。
而更糟糕的是工厂随后生产出来的产品不仅功能不全,就连外观也存在偏差,K在万般无奈之下只能硬着头皮先发货,因为如果再不发货,后果可能会更加严重,而也正是这批货引起了多数买家不满发起了卖家产品不真实性的投诉。
卖家投诉不断,账号危机重重,申诉几经波折最终成功!
进入11月份,真正的灾难来临!
K卖家解释说:在一周的时间内,出现了大量的买家退款,还有20个左右的差评和A-To-Z投诉,更严重的是还有产品不真实性的投诉,亚马逊直接发来小红旗警告,被关账号暂停销售。”

当时店铺还有几千个其他产品的库存,我咨询了不少业内朋友了解是否还有申诉成功的可能,而他们一致回复成功几率几乎为零。”K卖家深感绝望,但他还是努力尝试通过改写网上的申诉模板进行申诉,很快便得到了亚马逊的回复,邮件告知:计划不够完整,需要再补充”。

得到亚马逊的回应之后,K卖家便重新燃起了希望,根据自身真实情况反馈,加之诚恳的道歉,再次提交了新的申诉邮件计划,最终皇天不负有心人,5个小时后便收到了账号申诉成功通知!

亚马逊申诉邮件怎么写?态度诚恳,情真意切是关键!
K卖家是如何写申诉邮件并且申述成功的呢?在此,他也分享了其经验:
首先,虚心承认自身错误,而这也是最重要的一点,让亚马逊看到你的真诚。
其次,归结出自己的错误原因。他说:一方面是因为客户没有在规定的时间内收到货,导致客户误认为是假的产品,有缺货的原因,但不排除也有物流商的缘故;另一方面,厂家提供了有缺陷的产品,加之自己当时没有认真检查每一个产品所致。”
然后,针对错误现阶段所采取的改进措施。例如,1、移除Listing,重新检查产品的具体情况;2、把FBA类似的产品全部下架,并移除出FBA仓库;3、为客户提供了两套赔偿方案,重新发货或者退款;4、更换了物流渠道。
最后,表明未来应该做出哪些计划来避免这些问题的重复出现。1、严格挑选厂家,认真检查产品;2、重新检查Listing,保证今后产品描述和产品本身一致;3、务必要保留相关发票以供亚马逊的审查;4、不会售卖侵权的产品;5、对卖出的产品做好售后服务;6、百分之百使用FBA;7、不断地提高产品的质量和服务的质量,严格遵守亚马逊相关规定。
针对此案例,CIFCOM跨境也采访了多位亚马逊卖家,他们均反映称在申诉邮件的撰写上首先想到的即是申诉模板,但实际上,即便是同一原因所导致的受限,卖家们的邮件撰写也应当要不尽相同。业内人士坦言:任何模板,即便逻辑再好,条理再清晰,没有从自身角度着手撰写达到‘应景’的要求,基本上多数都会失败,相反地,真情实感表达自身处境反而会有奇效。”
亚马逊大卖大雄也强调表示:申诉邮件的撰写技巧固然重要,但情真意切的表达也不容忽视。”一方面,如果是没有申诉模板的卖家,可以通过各大网站亦或是已经申诉成功的卖家处寻求意见,掌握清楚自身案例事件的前因后果,然后再有针对性的申诉;另一方面,如果掌握有相关申诉模板的卖家也切忌不可大意,千篇一律申诉模板一般情况下通过率都较低,体现不出卖家的诚恳,这仅能作为一种参考,模板中的文字及方案万不可照抄,有针对性的改动撰写才是十分必要的。
