近期亚马逊一直在扫号关于授权的品牌关联问题,其中不管是授权给别人,还是授权给服务商亦或是授权给自己的小号绑僵尸,都是有风险存在的,该怎样就怎样,千万别死鸭子嘴硬不承认自己不认识该关联账户,切记切记。
申诉前准备好:
1:标书

今天账号突然挂了,没有任何前兆,账户状况那里也很干净,服务商反馈说亚马逊出的新规,翻新亚马逊不是支持的吗?”一卖家焦急地问道。
此言论一出,一下子争议四起。翻新是不是亚马逊支持的?”无数卖家加入讨论行列。
01已有人被封号
该卖家称自己的账号已被亚马逊封号,同时自己收到了一封邮件。
亚马逊在邮件中给出的封号理由是:您的亚马逊卖家账户已被停用,您的商品也已被移除,因为我们发现您违反了政策。请继续为未完成的订单安排发货并回复买家问询,以免进一步影响您的账户。我们会根据资金扣留政策与您共同商讨解决这个问题。在此期间,资金不会转给您,但会留在您的账户中。
为什么会发生这种情况?亚马逊进一步解释道,是因为发现您或代表您行事的某人请求将某个 ASIN 更改为与当前 ASIN 对应的商品不符的其他 ASIN。
这意思是,卖家曾经做过翻新链接的操作,修改了ASIN的属性,导致账号被封。
一般而言,卖家会选择翻新可能是以下原因:
老链接卖不动;
老链接差评太多,影响转化率;
链接被下架。
但老品翻新之后,全新的listing少了以往的差评,变成新品,就能享受亚马逊的流量扶持;另外对于那些被下架的商品,翻新免去移仓换标的费用,就能重新开始销售。当然其风险也是并存的,如同这位卖家一样有概率导致账号被暂停。
慌乱之下,该卖家询问服务商,服务商声称这是亚马逊一个月前刚出的新规。但卖家表示不解,其认为翻新本就是亚马逊所支持的。
02翻新是否被认可?
一时间论坛炸开了锅,开始讨论。有经验的亚马逊卖家统一认为,翻新从未被亚马逊认可过:
谁说亚马逊支持翻新的,翻新本来就是高风险操作,封你一点都不冤。”
翻新是严重违规的,操纵变体和评论都是亚马逊最严查的,怎么可能支持呢,大家有差评都去翻新了不乱套了。”

不过也有卖家建议,如果要翻新的最好只是改ASIN信息,其他商品信息保持不动,不然出事的概率会大大增加(该类目节点、商品尺寸信息等等)。但是,不排除亚马逊查到秋后算账。
其次遇到封号,官方一般要的信息就是:
1、第三方终止服务文件(如果由第三方负责处理这些请求)
2、培训证明(如果您不知道这些更改是违反政策的);
3、品牌注册文件(如果您是品牌所有者);
4、品牌授权书(如果您是授权品牌代表);
5、授权商品供应商开具的库存证明。
眼下,一批卖家成了惊弓之鸟。本来亚马逊的本意是合并多上的链接,后面给搞成刷新链接的黑科技了,只能说今年亚马逊的合规力度超乎想象,从刷单到翻新,之前还有品牌滥用问题,很明显亚马逊这是下大力气整治恶意钻它bug的卖家了。
还是那句话,合规才是硬道理。
